Junior Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid-On-Site Tues/Wed)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst for a Hybrid (On-Site every Tuesday and Wednesday) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will be responsible for defining and documenting system business requirements.
Required Qualifications of the Junior Business Systems Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other job related degree Highly Desired
- 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MS Visio and MS Project experience is Highly Desired
Responsibilities of the Junior Business Systems Analyst:
- Identify and validate requirements and organize the information into a logical document that is understood by the customer and IT
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
- Perform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.
Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site in Columbia, SC every Tuesday and Wednesday and as needed.
